Diet day 7

Today was my 1 week weigh-in unsure really if I lost any weight because I bought a new scale and it reads way different than my other scale. I had a needle scale, but wanted to upgrade to a digital scale. The needle scale said 211, while the new digital scale says 215.3 so I dont know what to go by :( I guess I will face the fact that I originally weighed more than I thought I did. :( So for now on I guess I will be going by the weight the digital scale says. So I am going to weigh myself once a week on Thursdays, that way I can keep track of this weight loss.

Starting Weight: 220 lbs 02/03/11
Current Weight: 215.3 lbs 02/10/11
Target Weight: 125 lbs
Weight Change: 5 lbs
Remaining to Lose: 90 lbs
Avg. Lost Per Week: -5 lbs
